Kristen is a portrait & lifestyle photographer based in Coquitlam, BC with a focus on maternity/motherhood, newborn lifestyle, families and couples. She has always had a passion for photography. A lover of love & beauty, Kristen seeks to capture the beauty in all things, even the smallest details. There is something so beautiful about capturing images that convey the emotion and connection felt during a special moment. True to west coast style, Kristen is drawn to the outdoors and loves to capture portraits in beautiful landscapes and golden light.

Kristen is a mother other of two, happily married, and works part-time as a Registered Nurse. On her spare time, Kristen enjoys being with family and travelling to Vancouver Island where she is originally from.

"Absolutely loved our family session with Kristen. She was very responsive with communication it was a day of mixed weather and she continuously checked in with her plans, but was very open and flexible to rescheduling if needed because of the possibility of rain. The session itself was so much fun and natural. She gave suggestions for poses and activities but allowed our family to "just be" while she worked around us. Super important with a 9 month old who would have never followed any instructions or poses. Her photos were gorgeous. I loved her style playing with the light and the landscape. She definitely knows how to choose the location and she was already prepared with the places to shoot within these locations. There was no stress from start to finish and I couldn't be happier with the end result."
